

In response to the increased instability Haiti this past year and the crisis of increased violence
against women and girls, ODID has established an emergency safe housing project for the
purpose of providing support to survivors in rapidly accessing safe, stable housing while
providing them with psychosocial and advocacy services to rebuild their lives free from abuse.
A continuum of care system to address the needs of women in temporary housing
Health Clinic: The establishment of a health clinic that offers primary care, mental health services will not only serve the women of the house but also serve to strengthen our rural, adolescent and women and girl health in our community. Health education, Family
planning, Reproductive health, Sexually Transmission Disease (HIV/STD) testing and treatment, pregnancy test, medical referral and advocacy will also be provided as part of services to women and girls.
