Festival des Grottes 2025 – 10th Anniversary Edition

The Festival des Grottes proudly celebrates its 10th anniversary in 2025 under the theme “A New Era.” Hosted in the historic and culturally rich town of Dondon, this special edition highlights Haiti’s heritage while embracing the energy and talent of a rising generation.

From July 18 to 22, Dondon becomes a hub of music, culture, and community with:
• A grand classical opening concert by the École de Musique de Dondon (EMD)
• Live evening performances by major Haitian artists: Boukman Eksperyans, Mass Konpa, Anbyans, and more
• Youth showcases, solo performances, DJs, and traditional dance
• Opening Mass and parade on Friday, July 18
• A festive Kermesse with local food, games, crafts, and community exhibitions
• A Women’s Entrepreneurship Village featuring local products and small businesses
• Guided cultural and eco tours of Dondon’s caves, forts, and waterfalls
• A special Red and White Gala celebrating the 10-year journey
• A spectacular Bal with Tropicana d’Haïti, under the stars

Organized by ODID (Organisation de Développement Intégré de Dondon), this landmark festival is more than a celebration—it’s a platform for youth empowerment, women’s leadership, economic development, and cultural pride.
